Requirements for Issuing the Certificate (Required Documents):
Commercial registration and branch name
Type of activity (EISEC code)
Area in square meters
Building permit (number of floors – plot number – plan number)
National address (region – city – district – street – building number)
Municipal license or Civil Defense license (if applicable)
Number of indoor cameras, specifying the model, resolution, and manufacturer
Number of outdoor cameras, including model, resolution, and manufacturer
Type of recording device (DVR/NVR), hard disk capacity, and number of recording days
A photo of the monitor screen showing the cameras operating properly
A photo of the cable installation showing the type of indoor and outdoor conduits
A maintenance contract from a certified camera company, signed by both parties (valid and unexpired)
Steps for issuing the certificate:
Contract with a certified surveillance camera company—registered on the Amn platform as a service provider for issuing compliance certificates.
Submit the required documents—deliver the documents to the camera company.
Document review – by the camera company to verify their validity.
Submit the application via the Amn platform – the company submits the application through its certified account.
Certificate issuance – immediately for immediate activities, or within two business days for non-immediate activities.
