The process is completed within a maximum of 30 days

 Return Policy:

1 - You can return the product within 10 days of the purchase process, provided that the product is packaged and in its original condition and unused

2 - The customer bears the shipping charges for the product.

3 - The amount is returned to the customer after the product reaches us and its condition is confirmed, and then the amount is transferred to your account after deducting the shipping fees.

2 - The customer bears the shipping charges for the product back and forth.

3 - When replacing a product with a second product, the amount of the difference between the previous product and the new product will be transferred in addition to the shipping fees

When is a return not possible?

Making a return request after the expiry of the specified time frame for that, which is 7 days from the date of delivery in case the reason for the return is damage to the device or a manufacturing defect or if the product received is wrong, and 3 days if the reason for the return is to change your mind.

If the product is used, damaged, or not in its original condition, only products that have never been opened and retain their original sealed packaging can be returned.

Clearance products are marked as non-returnable and display a no-return policy.

Digital Cards/Vouchers (Recharge Cards, Gift Cards)

Consumer products that have been used or installed.

Products with missing or tampered serial numbers.

Anything missing from the shipment you received including price tags, stickers, original packaging, free gifts, and accessories.
